DELIVERY TIMES

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. If the order is placed before 14:00pm, we will still ship it out that same day. Any order after 14:00pm will be shipped out the following day. We make use of The Courier Guy to ship our products to you. After your order is shipped, you should receive it within 1-4 business days depending on your location. Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 2 business days, please email us at sales@wilphi.co.za

SHIPPING TIME CAN VARY BASED ON LOCATION.

Providing us with error-free shipping and correct billing information will help avoid unnecessary delays and get your merchandise delivered as quickly as possible.

Here are a few tips to keep in mind:

1.) Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy.

2.) Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter "N/A".

3.) Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the Address Line 2 field; use the provided city and state fields instead.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at sales@wilphi.co.za as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
